Digital Scholarship Colloquium Series

The Digital Scholarship Colloquium (DSC) series provides a venue for campus dialogue among current and future digital scholars at the University of Kentucky. With the goal of encouraging interdisciplinary and inter-college research collaboration, the DSC brings together faculty from across campus who are actively engaged in digital scholarship, and those who are interested in seeing how they might apply digital technology in their own work.

Changing the Center of Gravity

The workshop focused on the cyberinfrastructure on which scholarship in Classical studies will increasingly depend. Classics as a field has progressed significantly in the consideration and implementation of cyberinfrastructure, and the collective experience of the Classicists working in this area provides a vision of what has worked in the past and what will be necessary in the future.
